Our association provides comprehensive data protection advisory services aimed at developing solutions that comply with the applicable legal requirements, in particular the provisions of the GDPR, while also being tailored to the operational needs of our clients. Our services include both ad hoc and ongoing legal advice, as well as data protection support in connection with the introduction of new business practices and processes. Our data protection services cover, in particular, the following areas:<\/p><p>\u2013 data protection advice on specific matters or within the framework of ongoing cooperation,<br \/>\u2013 comprehensive design and review of data processing activities, including assistance with conducting data protection impact assessments and preparing legitimate interest assessments,<br \/>\u2013 preparation of data protection documentation (policies and privacy notices) and review of existing documentation,<br \/>\u2013 performance of Data Protection Officer (DPO) duties,<br \/>\u2013 analysis and management of data processing risks,<br \/>\u2013 representation before the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).<\/p><p>The members of our association have experience in legal matters relating to the data processing and publication obligations of bodies performing public functions, as well as in related proceedings.
